My grandpa spec 120y coupe

I spoilt myself for xmas and bought Harry's(L18b110)old 120y grandpa spec coupe.I don't think i will touch it too much,maybe lower it a little bit,different wheels(i have a set of trx rims) and maybe put in a mild A14 & dogleg 5spd that i have spare!

Hotwires - big fat 13 inch hotwires with a 205/60 tyre,or maybe a 185/65x13, thats what I reckon would look good.You could probably sell those hub caps for the price of new wheels. Going too big in diameter destoys the illusion of it having driven straight out of the 70's. Also, yes to the A14 & the 5 speed. If you could get some larger brakes but of the same style as the original's, like off a 180B or a Sunny, that'd help with the illusion. 120Y coupes are sweet, congrats on getting this one. After that, just sit back & drive it all over, but be ready for lots of 'Nice car' comments.

I have a set of 14" Hotwires on my race coupe,if i could find some 13" hotwires it be a good match!!

gotta agree with Paul on the wheel size - 13's are the go.
