End of day 4
wire brushed into all the hard to get areas and going to sand blast jams and other spots to get a clear picture of the rust .
Interior has a fair bit of rust in floor and inner walls

Nice project
Lot's of work in a short period of time. Good luck.
Best to totally paint it and not leave it in primer.

Epoxy primer would be the best starting point as it doesn’t absorb water and you can (should you need to) apply thin amounts of body filler onto it and it will adhere as good as going direct to steel.

Gotcha. Just noticed the ‘Real Steel Custom Automotive’ sign in the background of one of the photos. I’m sure they’ll do a great job. Keep the progress shots coming 👍

It actually doesnt look too bad really for its age and
for a 1200 wagon which usually rust easily anyways.

you could also give that coachbuilder the car and put an order
for a new cybertruck starting at 40k. Where youre moving to
better have a military grade bullet and jack proof car

D , in Europe you can buy a G-Class Merc or M5 BMW with factory bomb proof chassis and bullet proof glass

Im really pissed about the rust and bog . I got this wagon under the pretense that it was all cleaned up proper. I had this wagon advertised with very minor rust and straight not that long ago . I am not in the habit of smiling and ripping people off. There are 5 major rust spots and copious amounts of bog.

Day 6
