Well I’ve been trying to add some content and have gotten a photo compression app and a photo resize app on my IPad. But after numerous attempts my photos won’t appear after I press upload. Photos are less than 200k and have been sized to 1024 x 768 pixels. Anybody that’s loading pics up from an iPad or IPhone can you tell me how you do it.?? PM instructions if you can.

I used to email the photos to myself as that allows you to choose the file size. I’d then save to photos and upload from there.

Thanks Luke. Does seem like a rather roundabout way to do it tho...especially when I’ve got the photo below the 200k limit. Whatever works I guess!

Yeah it was arduous, but it worked. I use a laptop to post any pics now just because it’s a heap easier. But you’re right I suppose this is another reason why content has been on the decline.

I agree that if it were easier to post photo's from a phone and post from a phone it would be easier. I still check the latest on the forum regularly.

Did anyone hear if ddgonzal is still around?
There is https://www.tapatalk.com/ from what i can understand it can be used to mirgrate the forum onto their platform which has an app that can be used to post picture's etc

Well my two cents worth... I used to be a regular contributor to this site many years ago.
I got sick of keyboard critics who have never built nor raced a second in anger telling me/correcting me on builds i was doing, not only myself but others..

This site was built on by like minded contributors with the Datsun A series cars and interesting builds.

Many of the old school blokes just got sick of the keyboard google warriors doing nothing but saying everything..

For any of the older people on this site, I have built the 1725cc A14 using the E series crank, it sits in my workshop just waiting to be screwed together. As you get older life gets more in the way of building Datsun Motors, The Sunny rallycar has had a facelift and the 240RS rearend is fitted via a 5 link. hope to have it running next year.

Ha Ha ha - I agree - lots of talk with no photos to back them up.
Hope to see the result of the 1725cc build sometime soon
