which particular borgwarner diff are you talking about?

theres the stock 1200 BW diff, which is about the size of a h145 but has slightly bigger axles, no LSDs available

120y BW68 diff, same sorta size as h165 but with ever so slightly bigger axles. once again there are no LSDs that i know of to fit these

or theres the BW78, r31 BW diff, needs to be cut down to fit in a 1200. silhouettes have LSDs stock, and you can also fit VN-VS LSDs into them. KAAZ LSDs are also availagle for them

If its a 68 series BW then you might be in luck, there are 3-4 of us in South Africa working flat out to find a LSD solution and have 2 solutions on the table already that are semi cost effective... most of our 1200 sedans came with BW68's as standard.

I not sure of which I have I would asume I have the 60 bw as all I know is the engine and trans are 310 parts, but going by the tech wiki it looks like a jap part. Does the 60 have a welded back or a removable plate?

I don't know if this will help. BW68 Dat diff same as early Falcon XK-XP& early Mustang on the inside. If that is the case than some of the later Ford gear should fit giving you an LSD solution. It requires that firstly I am right and you can do some shopping around for Ford diffs with LSD option. I could be wrong! I would check out some of the outlets that handle old Ford gear
