I'm on the opposite side of the country to my ute at the moment and my legend of an old man is working on some things for me. I'm looking to upgrade the front discs from stanza to something ventilated, newer and generally better.
Would someone be able to give me the measurements of the standard size stanza disc please?
I know PCD is 114.3, caliper spacing is 88.9mm but i'd like the centre bore diameter, hat diameter and the hat offset (i think that's what it's called)

I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel, but i thought there may be more disc options available other than the 20 year old stuff on the wiki brake upgrade section. In any case, wish me luck.

20 years old? Nothing that new in the wiki

Slow progress on this little project. (I'm in Perth and car is in Brisbane )
I'd appreciate input on the option that I'm considering at the moment. I couldn't find a disc that would be a direct bolt-on for the stanza strut that would fit under 14's so i've come to a new solution that may be just as good. A mazda BT-50 2wd has disc's that are 255.5mm diameter and does not have a "hat" I.E. they're are only as high as the thickness of the disc (24mm). So i'm thinking of using them and fabricating a custom rotor hat to attach behind the hub, same as the standard solid disc. Is this the right way to go, or am I reinventing the wheel for no reason?
Caliper options are the factory BT-50 single pistons, but for pad options i'm leaning towards the late model Subaru stuff that also suit 24mm but twin piston.
The aim is to get vented discs, no track increase, fit under 14's and have parts availability in years to come... without breaking the bank of course.

I thought the s13 stuff only suit the 1200 struts, I'm running stanza with coilovers. Am I right or am I wrong? I'm trying to avoid the extra track increase of putting rotor over hub as my wheels are close enough to the guards now. I know it's not much, but the extra few mm of rotor would push it a little too far I think.

* 268mm brakes from 280ZX are the go for 14" wheels, but those are non-vented and increase track
* Maddat kit FBK001 has 280mm vented discs and RX7 calipers. Does not affect track

Trying to go vented, under 14's. So the 280mm vented jobs won't fit.
If i use this (see image) BT50 rotor with no modifications and use a custom rotor hat I can fit it behind the hub. I don't like the idea of machining rotors, too much stuffing around when i need new ones again.
