Standard 1200s had small "dog-dish" style caps. Other trims used full 12" wheel coverings. Remember that all B110s, and even PB110 used 12" Wheels, so 13" wheel covers are from some other car.

Overview
GL wheel covers. In the US, these were fitted to most coupes.
Deluxe Wheel covers. In the US, these were fitted to both 2-dr Sedans and Coupes.

Any 13" hubcaps are not from Datsun 1200, which even in GX form came with 12" wheels.
