| This is my head. I'm not sure what the valves are out of, but they have been cut down a bit, and I think new grooves for the retainers have been cut. I've had this head bolted to the block, and looked down through the bore into the chamber from the bottom of the block. The Exhaust valve was quite close to the bore, (It's only the standard 32mm) but the inlet has quite a reasonable clearance on the bore wall. (I'll post a pic next time I bolt the head on. |

| Last corner on to the main straight. I think it was going across the ripple strips like this that broke the transmission, as some of them have bad drop offs & it always landed with a bit of a bang. I think I was a bit more aggressive using the ripple strips than this. That's why I had to buy the replacement gearbox (Stumpy 5 speed). |

| This was after lowering the car about 3 inches from the Oran Park photos & getting a wheel alignment. That's why the flares are so bent, we had to bend them out to get clearance on the tyre. We've fixed the flares since then. |
