Even the head bolts match up and are done up in the previous shot. The problems (all solveable) are the pushrod holes,  coolant galleries and cam drives. Luckily there is only one chain to the head so it looks pretty easy. See more at datrats.com.au

The "E" series of engines are single overhead cam I believe.
