Is that some kind of crazy torque curve or something up in the top right corner?

Ah, 69 rear-wheel HP. This is very impresive for a mildly-modified A-series and shows the potential of the A15 (being 25% more CCs than an A12).

A stock A12 dyno listing reports 38 hp for a 1972 A12, after tuning.
And 43 hp after porting&polishing (more work done than this A15).

69hp vs 38hp. Go the A15.

The torque curve tells the classic A-15 story pretty well- feels strong from very low revs but runs out of breath over 5000-5500rpm.
