Frosty, were you having a problem with the Nissan coil packs?

 Re: 1200rallycars new grill
The Autronic SMC burnt out 2 coils due to a faulty dwell board. And after being instructed how to inspect a 'worn out' coil. I noticed all of my Nissan coilpacks were looking a little worse for wear. with flakey paint, swelling under the metal frame, and charcoal looking growths on some of them. Very few people (I've spoken with a dozen places) recommend using the standard coils with high boost applications on a CA18, unless adapting some late model RB25DET (no integrated ignitor) coils or HKS GTR coils.

I decided on the $55/coil bosch option is better than going for $250/coil from Nissan or Splitfire.

No more finger pointing from people saying, you should do this or that.
