Re: a15ett latest mods the whole engine bay looks like a whole lot of fun, what brake booster are you using and how did you go about the existing brake lines? did you bend them a bit or just make new ones?

Re: a15ett latest mods used a sunny booster, just bending the lines a bit, i dont think you need a booster until you go to 4 wheel discs personally (i have 4 spot front calipers on vented discs and bluebird discs on rear)

Re: a15ett latest mods something for those planning a turbo setup...
as my intercooler to inlet manifold pipe runs behind the radiator it heats up somewhat (can feel it's cool at the intercooler exit but hot to the touch up closer to radiator) after going for a drive
i'm thinking of using a heat wrap over it to hold heat out... but in hindsight if i could have run it somewhere else i would have
same with the air filter... it is too close to the turbo outlet pipes which get very hot (hence heat shield, but even the shield gets very hot still and so does the filter itself)

Re: a15ett latest mods Did you have to cut the hole out bigger in the core support to allow more air flow to the bigger radiator?

Re: a15ett latest mods well... i'd already cut some metal out for the intercooler, so yeah i have done, i could cut some more (not much really) for a bit more airflow, but that would be last resort, i just placed the thermo fans so they would pull as much free air as possible
