Left is my sunny wagon's front LHS strut ass. With 2" lowered king springs and munroe GT gas shocks. Right is I think a 120Y strut assembly or at least just the disc's off a 120y.

Re: Sunny strut Vs. 1200?? strut
Im not to up to date with the whole strut ass. of the 1200 so unless these came post 1974 or were in production the whole time i dont know! Someone enlighten me!!!
The right strut has PRB stamped on the caliper if that narrows it down... Both sunny struts are now in the ute, went in no worries. Only mods needed were widening of the strut top holes with a dril.
Was pretty bloody hard to get the tension rods/LCA's in as they just didnt have enough give, probably due to the new bushes or that sunny rods might actually be a bit too long.....

They look right at home tho

Cheers
Dave

You mean PBR I think. They were an aussie supplier, reportedly for 1978-only B210.

The right strut looks modified?

See: 1978 or later 120y struts with PBR Brakes.

the front brake assembly off an australian assembled datsun 120y,when,due to local content rules, certain parts were sourced in australia.these were from paton brakes(pbr)...the caliper is actually from a mitsubishi sigma
