Any ideas how to remove this steering wheel boss?
Yes, I removed the center nut.
The problem is the bolt holes are teeny so I can't use my steering wheel puller with it.

momo boss (solid aluminum)

This has worked for me... Put the wheel back on, leave the nut on but loosen it all the way to the end ( to keep the wheel from smacking you in the face if and when it comes off!) then whack the back of the wheel spokes as close to the hub as you can get with a rubber or plastic mallet (plastic works better)

I went to a bolt shop got two bolts that fit and four thick washers. Put the puller upside down and off it came. I used four washer because they tend to bend. It slips around a bit so it might take a few goes.

I believe the drags in Monroe are on Monday this week. (Memorial Day?) Not sure if I will be at Pacific. It cost me a bit more to run down there (gasing up the truck and pulling a trailer).
What is the distance across (diameter) from bolt hole to bolt?

Amazing! Thought you where an old guy DD ha ha
Put the wheel back on,put the nut back on and wind on till the thread is flush with the shaft(and protected)now get your right knee under the wheel, left hand on top of the wheel, pulling back as hard as you can,hit the nut/shaft with a good crack with a hammer, may take a couple of attempts to get your timing and pulling motions in sink and if your left handed obviously swap hands and knees...be off in a flash.
Cheers

Mine was a bit stiff to get off once but a 3 leg gear puller got me on my way.
