Hey peoples,

I finally pulled my finger out and got these designs done.

There are four in a zip file - a round port and oval port 1 piece template for turbo/plenum designs. And a 5 piece design for round and oval for separate exhaust and intake designs.

They are in Autocad 2005 format.

Even though I have had samples laser cut and checked them on heads I own, I urge you to print it out on paper and check it before you go spending big $$$ only to find it's out a bit (That was my disclaimer by the way )

Get them HERE (Right at the bottom of the page).

nice work. should cut the cost when we all go get these custom manifolds made. Apparnetly the going rate is $100 for the first one then $10 after that coz the pattern is already in the machine.

We'll see what your prices are though, im interested in a oval inlet base plate.

Maybe you guys should pool your resources when getting lasercuts?...it would be a shame if you all paid just to get one cut when you can get multiples for stuff-all extra.

Look around for laser cutters. I use a small laser cutter business and they are quite cheap. I found the big places dont want to know.

I usually get a fair bit done (ie 20 manifold flanges and 20 or so turbo flanges and other misc things ) but comes out like $5 a piece on average.

If theres interest for A series flanges I could probably arrange for some.

Ok before I go getting a quote, what should I quote on?

Oval port seems popular, so I will quote a 10mm alloy inlet set, 12mm Steel Exhaust set and just for the hell of it, the All in 1.

Round port price would probably be the same price anyway.

Sound reasonable?

EDIT - If anyone interstate wants to get some quotes too, feel free... There's a couple of good places here I'll try
