Looks more like a manual trans mount for a B210. It's not listed in my parts catalogues so maybe a US market specific part?

definitely a B210 transmission mount.

could be 4 or 5 speed or auto. All will be different.

MY guess (as it is "01") would be it's a 4 speed one.

The 45 one is probably a 5 speed one.

the 45 one is the same mount, its just the numbers on the rubber parts of the mount as opposed to the sticker on the steel.
