For the $2500 injection perfection quoted for an EFI set up, you could get a Ca18DE, but then again a microtec computer would go pretty good, just that if i was willing to spend that much money I'd go all out and buy a CA18. But thats just my 2 cents

dont some older VW's have Bosch mechanical injection systems?

i have a mechanical injection kit for a for 1.6l escort motor in my shed. it just has worked right since the 74 floods apparently.

Just a thought, Nissan Pulsar GTIR has quad throttle body injection, maybe you could cut up and adapt them to suit a Weber manifold, or make some type of adapter plate.

Bad idea their possibly too expensive and rare to cut up?

they'd be a bit big for n/a 1200 cc's,wouldn't they.i've heard some people get the 20 valve 4age throttle bodies & use them.haven't seen this done myself,but that might be the easiest way.btw,i've still got my injection manifold & it's identical to the photos posted recently.must get all the pieces back together & offer it up.
