for daily driving 250's may be a little heavy for an A series engine. if your roads are nice and smooth and the corners are all cambered well then it'd be great ... most aren't tho and you'll find the front of the car might be more likely to bounce over bumpsand skip thru rough corners .... heavier rate isn't always better when it comes to a daily, i know i'd be long over my setup by now if i drove it more than a couple times a month

Im going to use the same as you boof 175pd springs. You want a good balance for a streeter. Its just like a Cam you dont go all out for street you compromise, 250 for a series is bit too much i would think too.

This is for the CA guys, I haven't yet been to any suspension shops to enquire as thats a couple of months away, but would I be best using a similar spring rate for my SR powered sunny? Taking into consideration that the SR is heavier and that my car is quite a bit heavier than a 1200 to begin with.
If you guys seem to be using around 225 - 275, should I be looking at around 275 - 325? I thought I would ask now so I dont go to pedders or where ever and seem like a dumbass.

Cheers Mitchell

Don't go too hard Chris. Damon has 910 springs, and he hates them.
Dave, (B110SSS) swears by avenger rear coils. Reckons the spring rate is perfect.
