For just under $1000 new diff, cut and shut to fit...
am now thinking......
what sort of deposit do you need topgear?

yep! & feral errol confirms a++ work by topgear

i might be up for at least one. i'm still unsure if i even need one with a low hp motor, and if the car is not going to be drag raced. there seems to be some debate as to whether it helps you or hinders you in track or autox. more debate welcome ...

no diff housing or cut and shutting ?? you're purchasing a torsen lsd centre designed to fit an H165 carrier, axels and gears ....

i've got one in my sedan (finally !!!) and aside from the quality of the workmanship its made the car even better to drive

Beattie,

What was it that you found out about the H165's and the 1000?? I'm interested as I happen to have one of these most desireable centers and also a 1000!!

If you happen to find two of those bluebird diffs I'll happily take one as well!

So let me get this straight.

Its just the diff centre. I will still need to go and find a H165 diff to have cut down.

I thought it was too good to be true. Here I am thinking that it is a complete diff, drum to drum with an LSD. for under $1000. still cheap, but not as good as I first thought... damn.... must keep dreaming.
