hmmm leaving the flange off is a very good idea...

I liked that GT1548 - T25 flange... anyone know why that would NOT be a good choice. this isn't a drag car, auto X, daily driver, long drives, TSD rallyes - so it needs to be able to be on the boost all day.

Dont forget that due to the welding process that warpage of the flange bolting to the head may occur, if it is warped even slighly chances are you will have trouble keeping manifold gaskets in the car. Mine was only slightly warped, a normal a4 piece of paper could just slide under one corner of no. 4 exhaust port when on a flat glass table. I went through about 5 gaskets, then got it milled flat and no problems now! I welded mine on the head too. I payed $50 to get it milled, im sure a bulk order would come in at nearly half that as you pay for them working out how to set it up to mill the right angle etc.

Just read this whole thread! 30 mins later...

Anyway i think im interested, as long as they clear a 1000. Well Neil is on the first list so i guess i can 'borrow' his to see if it all works. If it does im in!

So is a T2 and T25 flange or whatever the same? I just got offered a T25 cheap.

Jake hope its all going well on the turbo manifold front, I am going to stick with my NA setup so you might want to cross me off your list.
