hi guys, i'll be coming up to canberra over the long weekend at the end of september ... i'll be up there for 3 nights with another carclub thing but wouldn't mind catching up with some datto freaks whie i'm there

the guys from the club have kinda organised accom at 'the Carotel' where ever that is ??
i'm open to suggestions if you guys can reccomend somewhere nicer but near there and also if any of you wanted to catch up at some stage over the weekend ??
i'll be there from friday arvo till monday morning lunchtime'ish

The Carotel is ok nothing fancy. Its on Northbourne Ave basically opposite summernats exhibition park. There is F1 motel close by too.
Straight down the road back into canberra is your more fancy hotels

i'd be keen for that ... i know one of the other guys who'll be coming up would be keen (he's a part time member on here as well) and another one whos in the middle of a Z18 1600 project.
i'll be up there for a forester meet, looks like around 45 foz's so far so would be good to break it up with a little old school during the weekend

... ill be bringing woolies no probs, i havn't been to canberra for 15years but i havn't forgot how bloooooody cold it is !!!!

does that mean you can ferry parts back from canberra to elbourne as the foz has heaps of spare room in there :)
