I'm in negotiations with a composite shop (well, it's a friend of mine and we want to make some side money) about what kinds of things we could make and sell. Any suggestions as to what kinds of parts you would like to see made out of CF will be considered. (Yes, even if you would like a complete unibody made out of carbon. You couldn't afford it, but we'll consider it.)
I know that we are GOING to make license plate frames. If you want one for a non-US sized plate, better send me dimensions so we can make a mold. I'm also thinking A-series valve covers, and perhaps leaf springs for the rear suspension.
So, in essence, I'm looking for ideas of things you would be willing to buy for your Datsun.

The usual, guards, bonnet, dash, spoilers, doors would all be an advantage for racing. The only thing is that the Taiwanese guards in metal are very light as is. I guess the advantage would be strength in an impact.

Hoods, airdams, spoilers, valve cover is a good idea, maybe even trunk lids (coupe/sedan).
How about bumpers? front and rear(coupe/sedan).
Cowl vents?
Dodge Omni style fender flares?
Interior panels?
Door sill covers?

gear stick nob, stearing wheel, new dast board stuff like that i dont want any but thats might be a good idea

Tall rocker cover to cope with big valve lift, and inlet manifold for sidedraughts!!

As for rocker cover.. that keeps the heat in and would help it cook your valve gear. Maybe a finned alloy rocker is better.

How about a custom centre design star for existing simmon wheels outer rims. The cast factory centres, make simmons very heavy.
