Very interesting... so it doesn't say armstrong on it at all? There should either be atsugi/tokico/armstrong/monroe or some brand stamped on the tube.

not that I could see. The strut is a bit dirty but couldn't see anything else. The sunny strut had more stamped on it but this one only the number 7601

I wish I knew the stubaxle size for PB210's...

as the struts I just put into the The Defect III were japanese manufacture... ie Tokico

they do have the larger diameter stubaxles too..

I also wish I knew the balljoint sizes for PB210's too

I am thinking thatn Aussie 120Y sedan suspension IS PB210 based...

no my struts are NOT for sale

larger stub axle size, bigger balljoints

and these struts I have have an adapter to bolt the caliper to the strut...

the Jap strut caliper bolts straight to the strut...

ok I should have been more clearer - I think the struts on MY 120Y are PB210...

the gearbox in TD3 ended up being a F4W60L...

and the struts came off a 120Y that was a stock car...

so I don't know if the front end is something exotic or not...

I dont think you have anything exotic mawler...

from what I have seen all the later model 120ys have the sunny/stanza lower arm, large size balljoint like a B120 ute (shorter than stanza), castor rods that are shorter than stanza same length as early 120y and larger stub axle like a stanza (same bearings etc).

These 120ys can either have aussie struts with PBR calipers or jap struts with jap caliper.
