what do i have to apply over the original parts before i make the fibre glass over so i make the mold and what do i have to aply on the mold to make the part??

it's nothing more than a very clean wax, I use a 2" paint brush to apply it to the inside of the mold, and then a very clean soft cloth to rub the surface to an even shine....

there are different kinds of techniques and I suggest you stick to thin fibreglass, cheap and easy.

Yeah D said, learn with fibreglass. I'd go hunt round some fibreglass forums. There are plenty of them out there where you could pick up plenty of info. You can always make panels in carbon later once you get a bit better at it.

i agree with u nick but applying of fibre glass over other object i already done it for a couple of times. sometimes i cover base boxes for my friends. i was thinking to do the mold in fibre glass so it won't cost me much and do some angle irons so that it would not wobble and act as a reinforcement for the mold
