Some guys just bought my 1200 sedan and drove 10 hours around 1000 Kilometers 2 stops. Also i drove a 1200 sedan 900kilometres 2 stops 1 was a sleep after 500 k's and i am on a plane this afternoon to pick up a 1200 coupe and drive it about 600 Kilometer's With 1 stop at 200 k's to pick up 2 gearboxes and have lunch. The Datsuns love a long trip as long as everything is in good working order and all vitals are checked and changed if necessary. Example Plugs, Points, Oil, Filters, Tyres, Brakes, bearings,Etc

1,600 km (1000 miles) last June, LA to Seattle, stopped for gas, etc. but no overnight stop. Not recommended ... should have two drivers for a stunt like that.

About 15 miles, I'm too afraid to drive any further. I stay within walking distance of home. Just in case the Datsun wants to die on me.

5am start, single driver (only occupant). Home at 7pm.

I was really really tired when I got home.

I too used earplugs. Did only fuel stops and drive through McDonalds.

Phillip Island to North West Sydney for DatNats 2007.

CA18det power managed 3 stops for petrol.

1,025 km (google maps).
~10L/100kms.
