From my experience (with a winged sump in the CA) - the sway bar is the clearance issue - it doesn't seem to get in the way of much else.

Yeah I had planned on running one, I was just going to get a swaybar custom made to clear the sump. I'm not up to that stage yet but i don't really see it being a problem

I dont think they will fit, i havent tryed, but have measured one up and they are just too wide.

You would have to make a very wide sway bar and up size the diameter to compensate for the extra length, and it may get very close to you front radius rod mounting points.

Given what a genuine Trust unit would be worth, you could sell it, Fabricate a new one and get a custom sway bar made. And maybe have some $$$ left over.

I can't afford a trust opne, I'm just going to get a cheapy chinese copy off trademe. My sr also sits back about 50-75mm behind firewall so I guess that should give me a bit more room for the sway bar.
