well as the story goes i was heading out to look at the work jezza had been doing to his 1600, pulled into the street where the industrial unit is, went past the drive way, pulled over checked there was nothing coming, started doing a uturn and bang some cock on a road trail comes flying down the street doing about 100-120 (in a 50 zone) does a 20 lock up trying to stop, lays the bike down and slams into the side of my ute
the cops reckon ill get charged as they cant prove he was speeding, even with the lock up mark and the damage to my ute all done by a bike which would only be about 100kg, cant prove ####, even though he hit me that hard he caved in the side and bent my chassis about 30mm

Noooooooooooooooo, talk about a bummer. A bike travelling at the speed limit could not inflict that sort of damage. Let your insurer sort it out.

i cant open my door, the bonnet gap goes from nothing till about 20mm when you look down the passenger side there is a kick in the chassis towards the drivers side, and when you look diwn the drivers side it kicks outwards , definetly bent chassis, all from a bloody trail bike

@ 50kph a trail bike should be able to stop in like ten meter's

looks like the biker found some rust too , if he doesnt admit to speeding hope he got hurt
