Well the 15" TRX rims are playing havoc on my guards. The time has come to roll or get off the pot.

so Im wondering...

In or out?

If out, how much will this change the look?

Pictures?

Best ways to?

or just bugger it and get 13/14s?

Just roll the lip up. A dolly wrapped in some decent cloth like flanelette and a small mallet or hammer with some cloth wrapped around it to and taped on. Work the dolly along with the hammer back and forth the trick is slowly gently so's not to warp or twist anything and dont go all the way to the ends. If your not confident to do it a panel shop should do it pretty cheap. Or someone else in your area from the site May help. Also what struts and setup you running on front Cause TRX Rims are generally are good fit.

Im running sunny struts, theyre ok mostly just that over time the wheels have caught the very top of the wheel arch and pulled it down to resemble nice little daggers ready to do damage should I go over a bump on any kind of lock.

I was thinking inwards might cause a long-term rust hazard should crap accumulate in the fold? But im not sure how different itd look to roll outwards without going for a flared look.

Get a mobile guy to come around and roll them in... I just had mine done as it was scrubbing out bad when ever i was under brakes or turning or any little bumps, and now it dosnt scrub at all Cost $150 for the guy to come out and he rolls them only where they are needed like its about from 10 to 2 on a clock face... He also replaced 2 wheel nuts that were stripped (stupid tyre shop)

If you feel like a drive to Kyneton (55 mins from Melb CBD) i`ll do what ever is needed to have them looking good and clearing everything. Im a Panel beater and have done heaps of guards.
But quality comes at a price!!
$50 a side.

I did the front guards on mine and all you need is a round pole of some variety and a hairdryer.

Heat the guard up with the hairdryer so the paint won't crack and then run the pole round in between the guard and the tyre so the lip bends upwards.

pfft $50 a side tell him hes dreamin. It aint rocket science and each side takes about 10 minutes max to roll a lip. So $200 for max 40 minutes work. You may be good but i dont see how you can ask that much. Wil be down vic in a month or so and will do it for free if you come to where i am.

I havent seen the car DatsAndy and either have you. The rear will only need the lip tapped up ( if that) but the front will need more than that.
