Chris Lott - fanta injection, NANA and the DLF! Talk about a blast from the past. Now that I have exceeded the upper age limit for the DLF I have just this week surrendered 3 coupe rollers and several truck loads of parts. The operative who assumed my collection of law providing metal used an ex-hearse as a tow car so I feel confident he will uphold the proud DLF tradition. I have kept a regoed coupe for Targa purposes so perhaps we should talk Mr Lott?

Not much changed, all of us are older... Got married and a kid. Still got my Datsuns safely tucked away, have come close to selling up a couple of times. My sedan project occurred from 2000-2005 (1000s of hours effort). Drove it sydney to melbourne and back in 2007. Basically sitting in parents garage on a trickle charger ever since then due to work and family, and me not having my own large garage to work on the car during evenings. Can't have everything it seems ..at least I still have the Datsun.

I hope to spend some getting the last niggling things sorted during my long service leave after Oct 2010.

tell me about it! life is one big compromise ah, one thing gets won but another has to be put aside, i had a look at your green sedan a few nights ago on http://www.shoeys.com definatly a lot of time and love gone into that car of yours ah :) ive spent the last 10 years rebuilding and repairing everyone elses truck and machinery engines and gear ah, its about time i got another 1200 ah :)

"choice from chris, drive harder than your mum... word."

"No the electrolytes in energy drinks cause the swirl characteristics to reverse leading to sticky blow back"

"fire in the hole"

"DLF: Datsun Liberation Front

Dedicated to the preservation of Datsuns world-wide. Allegedly this extends to 'rescuing' mistreated Datsuns but I am assured this happens only after extensive owner re-education has failed."

hey chris, is Fanta orange OK to use with my new A14 EFI system? Or is just the petrol injection good enough without any supplement?
