Should get a fair bit of change from 3K, just a matter of shopping around.

it really depends on how much you can do yourself. its very easy to blow 3 grand quickly and not have much to show for it.

the computer will cost you anywhere from $500 to say $2500 (can always go higher!) and the throttle bodies themselves are cheap if they come from a bike but theres lots to do to make them fit. don't forget your fuel system pumps surge tank pressure reg...

don't get me wrong its the way to go for smooth power, awesome fuel economy cold starts etc but its no walk in the park there is plenty of work and some $$'s to spend!

Yea and it bolts to your twin carb manifold.

And that is from an Australian supplier.

haha would have to get a twin carb manifold custom made up for the Nav, can get my hands on an EFI intake manifold from a Z20E just needs injectors and fuel rails and ECU... will end up a frankenstien motor or maybe cheaper to do an engine swap lol

Basically a surge Tank is a mini fuel Tank... it sits in between the main tank and fuel rail.. normally closer to the tank although that is not important... what it does it provide fuel on hand at all times.. when racing or cornering alot the main pick up can sometimes go without fuel thus making the engine starve of fuel... havin that extra litre or so on hand the secondary pump can always supply fuel to the engine even in the most extreme cornering/racing applications....

bike throttle bodies can be got for about $150, i bought 2 pairs a couple of years ago for about that

then you have $800 or so to spend on a manifold, cant see it really getting up to a grand if you are doing it yourself

and dont forget that with the dcoe throttles you have to have a webber manifold, and these can cost up to $250 to get

Hi guys just to show you some pics of the 1200 gx injection manifolds i have made for the mechanical injection set up , it could easily be made for electronic with the addition of injector bosses and TPS, I have enough bits to put two of these together ,cost about $1600-$1800
