It depends on the model of 5 speed. The dog leg is the same length as the 4 speed so you can use your original prop shaft. You wont really know until you measure both boxes.
The splines and flange should all be the same. Grab the one from the donor car as a spare anyway - can't have too many 1200 parts!

If you are really keen Nissan Motorsports (USA) still list a gearbox mount for the 5 speed conversion as this was a factory option
in some markets.

I don't know about the Australian 1200s but the US version had a much smaller output shaft than any other Nissan gearbox I've ever seen. You will need the prop shaft from the
donor car. You will need to change the flange that bolts to the differential too since the 1200 one is, once again, smaller than anything else Nissan ever used.

There were two different size transmission tailshaft diameters in the 1200, the standard 4-speed and the automatic. These two sizes were the same for the later A series 4 and 5-speeds. I
have seen both sizes in 4-speeds and 5-speeds. Automatics were always the larger size. The 5-speeds were usually different clutch splines from the 4-speeds but again, I have seen both
splines on both 4-speeds and 5-speeds. Not only for the top speed, it is hard to beat the gas milage that the 5-speed achieves and it is well worth the extra time and money it takes to put
one in. I get up to 65 MPG with an A14 & 5-speed in my 1200.
