Ok, sorry my mistake, i forgot to say im running 15" TSW Evo R Bigdeep wheels. A 250mm disc sounds lekke, I have looked a bit more, what i came across is Toyota cressida 3.0L GLI-6 Twincam 24v struts.
A bit more mod, i know but when your finished you get parts over the counter std that you dont need to mod (saves time and money later)

The discs are 240mm-260mm (not 100% on that)
The caliper is big 1 pot but can be upgraded to Hilux 4Pot later (if nesecery)
The wheel bearings are way bigger(not 100% on spec)
The struts are desined for a strait 6 Cast Iorn block, a massive auto box and for stopping a 1.5t car at high speed.
114 pcd only need to change the studs

Im thinking of putting this in, no one have done it to my knowledge, I think this can work????
Whats you opinion??

Have you checked the KPI (king pin inclination)?
You need to be very careful before changing struts that you don't make the car handle even worse if not even dangerously..

The S13 brake upgrade is about one of the simplest upgrades you can do to the std (disc)struts, all the alignment stays the same with only a little added track due to the discs sitting over the top of the old hubs (need longer studs).

what is the angle of the stub axle to the strut? Is it the same as the std struts?
Height between the LCA (lower control arm) and the stub axle (bump steer).
Steering arms on the strut or on the seperate like the std ones? If on the strut, how long are they, what is the ackermann angle they will give you?

You need to comepletely understand the steering geometry before you go swapping any old struts in..

i think it means the angle of which the stub is at when the strut tube will be completly vertical ,so if you put struts in your ute that are designed to lean in ,say 10 degrees ,then if you put them in a car that is suposed to have the struts at 5 degrees ,the front will have heaps of negative or positive camber
correct me if im wrong
and it would be easyer to just put stanza struts in the ute and they will bolt in with some easy to find parts ,and then you can go for ,commodore or land cruiser 4 pot brakes

muhch easyer to go for stanza struts
