I have been offered a pair of Mikuni-Solex side drafts all set up with intake and linkages for a good price. The only thing holding me back is that I can't find any website that has spare parts for this carb? Mikuni-USA only seems to support Motorcycle, and snowmobile carbs. Mikuni-Japan said to contact Mikuni-USA???

any one know of any soiurces for parts?

What exactly do you need? Mikuni USA has a few parts left, but they no longer sell the entire carbs. Some shops may still have parts, but I don't know of any that advertise "We Still have Mikuni-Solex Parts!" Also, monitor eBay.

I wanted to make sure I could get a rebuild kit, (seals & jets) and such. The carbs are in good order, I believe they are set up for competition GT-5, and I'm going to use them on a A12a in a Locost 7, for street and autocross. so I may have to re jet them.

I couldn't get an e-mail address for Mikuni-USA, guess I'll have to call.

still have mikuni parts-jets and barrels?
I know I ordered them at the local Nissan
dealer but that was several years ago..

I had a set of mikuni side draft carbs off a 1600cc toyota motor recently,I was told by my mechanic that some of the original datsun carby jets would screw straight into them.....got an old hitachi lying around???? I never tried to interchange any jets on them so don't know if it's actually true.
