Just use microsoft paint to reduce it?
Just about every computer has that program, very basic but does the job.

You can hear he is having the same issues with his carbs bogging down when he throttles it, they must be really rich if that's happening at idle. Same story, pump nozzles too large and acc pump set too high.
All sidies sound like that probably the quality of the recording device. Alot of times people leave their tappets all rickety so they tend to overtake the engine sound as well.

ok update ,today i pulled the plugs out and found that 1, and 3 were a browny colour ,about perfect :D
then i pulled 2,and 4 out to find they were black ,so i cleaned the plugs and swapped all the leads around ,tryed to start it ,it would try to run but flame ou the exhaust and run like crap until it stalled ,so i then determined it was the leads that are doing it
they are pretty old and they are starting to split
what should i buy ? ,just a set of realy thich topguns ? are they any good ?
is there anything i should know about size and stuff ?
cheers
also nigel helped me figure out that it was a crook lead :D

oh ok ,whats the advantage of having bigger leads ? is it to reduce the amount of spark drop ? so the spark is stronger at the plug ?
not sure what you mean ??? do you mean do the old leads carry a good spark ? cos they are pretty old and ide rather replace than test and replace one :D plus fat leads look phat haha
so this is what i was thinking
ok so the motor runs rich at idle ,and spits out of the carbs and exhaust :(
so so if anyone has any ideas ,ide love to hear them ,cos at the moment it
1)lean pops out #3 cylinder at idle 2)pops out the exhaust ,indicating un burnt fuel in the exhaust 3) 1 and 3 light brown colour plugs /good 4) 2 and 4 sooty black colour plugs /rich
it even pops out the exhaust when the pilots are wound in and it still blows sooty smoke when at idle
with the screws wound out a half turn it then blows out the exhaust abit
ok so i dont mind the pops out the exhaust when slowing down ,its going to do it regardless :D ,but im mainly trying to fix the lean pops and the exhaust popping at idle and low revs
i tryed using a piece of plate to sit over #3 carby throat and it stopped popping ! but i cant drive around with a plate over the carby hahaha
i have tryed putting the filters on to make it draw the mixture in better (having some resistance should make it pull the fuel better instead of just trying to draw air alone)
whats everyone think ?
i need help ,the top end is all sweet just cant drive it everywhere doing 4000+ rpm haha

A new set of leads is always a good start, especially if they are showing there age. You could probally get some for a good price.
Dont know that you would see a huge advantage in running the mega huge leads of a A series ignition system
