I think the suspension and brakes are up for sub 11's, more power and driver practice, I think it can do it."

Sub 11's eh Benny .........
Better get that race licence and show us the way around - Chris Peterson's 1200 can only manage a 1:12 so your 1:11's will be great to see!

Cheers

Aim high I say...... , Your old yellow beast was good for a 1:10.5. All I need now is the power and technique.

Aim high indeed .....

Yeah my "old yellow beast" could do 1:10, must be easy then !!!!

Those who know actually recognize how difficult it is to reduce lap times AND how the difficulty of the task becomes exponential the faster you get. Time to get that race license and jump in - no toe dipping - get in the deep end and have a go ....
Ask Andrew how much he has improved since he started racing!!
C'mon Benny, no more excuses ....... lets go racing.

Cheers.

Now now boys...

It does take time... alot of time and practice and a whole lot more time.... and patience.

With the old motor I managed a 1.13.6, Then the whole thing had to be re-though and re engineered to get to where I am now. I am still looking forward with more testing and practice to come!! With a new blue sunny in the Ve mix now... guess I better get to work!

What matters is that everyone is having a go, and having fun!!!

Jeff is right, the fun factor goes up about 10 fold when grid racing! Nothing like a Honda harrasing you for 20 laps and holding him off!!

ill definately be in for winton again, i loved it first time around.

im going to get my bias valve back in, and have a good look at the utes rear end, maybe go up in spring rate
to try and get rid of some understeer.

i wonder if theres ever a point where we are 100% happy with our cars setup for track?
all i know is ive enjoyed each track day ive done equally regardless of how fast or slow ive been... its awesome fun
