i have un bolted everything ho do i get it through the holes in th body without dameging it?

the holes in the body i asume you mean the where the D rubber are on the body the 2 at the front ? they should un bolt too. as well as the bolts on the LCAs and it all drops down

If you have a side of the car on the jack let it back down. When both sides are level you can unbolt it.

i know what you mean mate there is 2 holes on the body which it goes through you cant unbolt it
i done the dodgy and cut 2 slots in mine so i could remove it and fit a larger one

Do you mean the two brackets the castor arms bolt to? I think they're called castor boxes. If so you can cut two slots on it and drop the cross member out. When i took mine out i was taking everything out so I unbolted the two brackets/boxes, unbolted the castor arms from the control arm, dropped the boxes off and slid the sway bar out that way. I thought it could be maneuvered out but maybe not.

Easier way is to undo sway bar completely undo one lower control arm off the ball joint. Then maneuver out. Higher the car up the easier it is
