My dry/drive shaft is gone and I need a replacement. I'm using an A15 engine and a 4 speed gear box. Is there any other dry/drive shaft besides the original that I can use to replace mine?

Whats happened to it?
if it's just the uni joints then just get them replaced, won't cost much more than 150 for new uni's and balancing.

Nah its worst than that, its warped meaning that its not straight anymore, when I reach like 50 miles it start to vibrate and make noise. I'm concerned that it may damage my gearbox or differential or even the engine, thats why I need a new one or any other one that could replace it.

It cost me $100 for staightening, balancing and u-joint replacement on my drive shaft.
Unless it's wrapped up like a pretzel, you might still be able to fix it.

If it is bent then it can be straightened and re ballanced. If it is twisted then throw it in the trash because there is nothing you can do about it.

Exactly that its twisted, and a dry shaft is very hard to get in Trinidad. Is there any other dry shaft from another car that can work?

You could cut the yolks off , and weld them onto a new tube.

Hey A14force thats a good call! We did that to a demo derby car a year ago - I know obviously this a different application, but i have heard of people doing this for road use to, once you have proper balancing etc..

Hey team dat..
for $150 you reckon that you can get your propshaft rebalanced and new uni joints. That makes it like new yeah??
Have slight vibration problems in Daisy, but havent really looked into it as I was expecting a large bill to get it done.
any good shops that you reccommend in the eastern end of perth prefrebally??
