A true jaw-dropper - this phantom beauty could be the JDM equivalent of a '65 Chevy Belair 2-door post sedan 4-speed/big block. If only it had the F5C56A transmission in it...but it DOES have a 60A 5-speed, which makes it quite freeway friendly. http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/cto/2999290322.html

Not a GX of any sort, it is a US-spec sedan with GX badges and GX head.
But it is a very nice car, he has fixed it up well. The interior is especially well done.

> Not a GX of any sort... Correct, hence the "phantom" term, a car made up by it's owner as a "What if...?" exercise, and in this case, a very nicely done exercise. BTW, the alloy wheels are actually magnesium castings! It would be great fun to antagonize modern "hot hatch" subcompacts in this sleeper!

Fantastic, could be easily made even more gorgeous with red pin stripping on tyres and blackened out door and side frame.
The rear bumperettes are a touch of class any idea on the work or are they sourced from something else, bloody aweseome! :)
