Good to hear the Snail will at least have one leg to support it :)
Is it staying all that colour or do you have other plans for its dress code?
Also can see the gearbox has had some lightening :))

Hat D, I wont be bothering with paint and stuff yet, Its kinda at the bottom of the list, its been off the road too long, I wanna put it back together and get it running so I can dive it and enjoy the little beast, then down the track I will give it a lick of paint. As for lightening the bow, maybe a few hundred grams but it was unintentional, just did it to remove some of the bulky castings because they were snagging on the tunnel.

Well I got off my butt and did a little work on the beast. The cooler fitted nicely but I am struggeling to find a spot to fit the engine oil cooler, the pic with the cooler in it is where I am thinking of putting it as there is no room up front. I could put it on the radiator but then it will be getting hot air from the intercooler and radiator through it. I dont really want to rear mount it but I may have too.

Looking good mate, just make sure the bonnet catch doesn't hit your cooler.
