Hi Guys

I checked my electric choke removed it and fixed it back , It is nicely opening while engine is warming up , But doesn't close when engine becomes cold when you touch a linkage handle by hand with a tick sound it closes it it stuck somewhere or is there a spring or something for it to close or is it automatically has to come to close position ? what would be the cause ?
