So what you guys reckon ? I wish i got his rego number id dob him in though he probably got enough punishment from me

You reckon you should dob him ?! What for? getting hit by a car you were driving??

If he got your rego, and reported what happened (His version of the incident will be quite different to yours) , don't be surprised if the police come knocking on your door.

It was all in good fun at the time, but I dont think the other guy was havin ne fun. And for gods sake, you re in a standard 626, its not going to bet a bicycle!!!!
Get a new paint job or better yet a better car, This guy coulda just been having a bad day- Or he could be a hardcore druggie wanting to kill you.

Mazda 626, I don't know what the laws are in Oz, but here in the states, you would be thrown in the slammer for using a vehicle as a weapon.

Yup, "Assault with a deadly weapon"(trying to hit someone) with a car in California and you lose your license forever. I can't imagine what would happen if you actually hit someone, "Assault and Battery". You would probably end up in jail, just like the light green safe in your avatar.
Now, don't get me wrong. In a life or death situation, I'm running someone over. Your situation didn't sound as bad. You were in reverse, then you stopped and went toward him when he called you a name.
