UPDATE:
Have scored another bottom end with a spool stroker kit. This will be warehoused until I'm ready with the b25 box. No point in adding more torque to and already strained stumpy gearbox.

Im a glutton for punishment.
I've had a problem with one of the lifters, after trying to get it to quieten down with various backyard techniques it is still persisting.
Its at the point where i don't really want to drive the car anymore just incase i do any further damage.
So it looks like the head will have to come off again. And since i am already there i figure i might as well take out the whole motor and put that bloody stroker bottom end in.
Well thats a good enough excuse in my book.

SquareNacho,
The stroker block has been prepped and is awaiting installation.
Just a small delay in getting my 6Ltr sump from lewis engines as he is quite busy.
Cylinder head should be fine. Installing head oil drains in with a return to sump, also putting in a twin catch can setup as the small one i have now isn't coping.
rb26dett ati harmonic balancer going in with some custom pulleys and a few other little bits and pieces.
Have just purchased an rb25det gearbox adaptor kit too for when the inevitable happens with the stumpy box I'm currently running..
Cant wait to get it all in and tuned ready to thrash the #OOPS# out of it at Northern Nats in May

Nice ride! Paint is awesome and the engine compartment is tight.
I went with a homemade set of Caltracs. I just looked at their website and built them. They hook up nicely.
Nice work!

Datsun coil pack covers from a group buy on facebook.
Caltracs dialled in and the car hooks up really well. Also no axle tramp and can fry the tyres nicely too.
