Thought I should add my 2 cents as well.

Without going into boring details, my last 4 years have been nothing but chaos.
Just getting things back on track now, so may be able to drop past from time to time.

Yep I blame Crackbook for the demise of forums like this. Datsun1000.com is much the same. For those that need the technical and detail conversation, Facebook cant compete with a real forum, however for the day to day banter, Crackbook serves this purpose better.

Just consider that those left are the diehards with the real drive and determination!

I still like the 1200 forum and it is part of my routine every night ---no facebook, tinder or snapchat lol.I like following the projects listening to the do's and dont's and asking advice. My 1400/1500 crank motor turned out better than a lot of turbo motors [RSA] just info i got from reading and chatting okay gotta admit i'm not where i'd like to be but that's cos family life comes first and i'm saving for my pension [no gov or insurance pension for me i've put it all in property] value increases and rental increases 10% every year---way to go for young people.YEAH thats it ---all i'm waiting for now is all the info on the datto with E16 crank [pref with turbo] and i'm happy. Oh and my son will be in New Zealand in Jan 2018 --moving from UK --he say's he is tired of being on the losing side now ---He threw his BOK jersey in the bin and a bum left him a note ''i know i'm hard-up but i'm not that hard-up''

Without 1200.com i wouldnt know how do do the simplest of tasks on my car.

The wiki is amazing.
Facebook is a just another classifieds source for me.

Forums are where the real datsun talk/help/info is at.

Love this site.
