I was sad to see tonite on the news a Datsun 1600 getting mentioned in a tragic/silly illegal drag race in Sydney on Sunday, that injured 6 or so spectators. I saw the datto on the news a nice blue one with huge front mount intercooler.

Hope to see no more datsun's in these incidents . anyone know the datsun owner involved ??

Yeah, a datnet.org fella from Berala (Sydney suburb). All sorts of crazy stuff.

The older I get, the less I understand young people.. I'm starting to understand my parents exasperation when I was a teenager.. But I think kids today are more nuts than anyone I knew when I was a teenager.

The worst injury was a broken leg. However, the intercooler will never be the same again.

Notice in the pics that someone went through the windscreen? Either that, or someone smashed the windscreen after the accident..

i heard that some of the people beat the snot outta few coppers as well, i wish it was something like a commodore not a datto. its people doing stupid things like that, that give young drivers a bad wrap.

I wonder if the heros attacking police and emergency service people would be as STUPID if they or a family member needed these people . Emergency service personnel have a tough job which isn't helped by di##heads.
My life certainly is no worse off for not associating with the "fully sik mate" section of society!!
Good part is no - one was seriously hurt ..... this time.
Cheers

I agree 100%, the 'fully sik' sector not only give Dattos a bad rap, but seems to me a lot of other areas as well!!!
I went to a public school full of these 'fully siks' and know there way of thinking, and let me tell you I HAVE`NT met an intellegent one yet.
No racism intended, just truth.

And glad to see only a busted leg!

Fully sik I swear to God !!!!! he he he

No all 'fully sik's' are bad im a bulldogs fan and have gone to games since i was five, trouble rarely occurs but when it does its pushed further than the truth by the media with wild accusations. Fully siks are ok they just need a role model that isnt tupac and isnt some other west coast rapper they can model their lives to. Lets be realistic, bankstown isnt LA

Despite what i just said 3 fully siks decided to kick the front right quarter of my beloved wagon in (3 inch deep dent) because they were crossing in front of me and i was talking a bit too loud to my gf and her mate. They asked me what i said and had a finger in my face, another gave my car a massive kick and walked off. Had half a mind to do a u-ey and run them over with my car lets face it however i own a 1200 why bend the chassis around one of their heads. Lucky my gf was there i would have followed them and stuck my 6ft steel pole down their throats when noone would be watching.

Still dont hate them in general though its only a few dickheads that spoil the party like the dickhead responsible for this thread.
