Oh on top of that....here is a list
All Dae-woo
Gee, Whats the problem with Daewoos [one word, not hyphenated.]
I bought two of them new, one for my ex wife & one for my ex partner. Those cars are now seven & five years old respectively & neither has given a moments trouble.
I class them in the same category as Kelvinators, just basic whitegoods without any real outstanding attributes, yet they were priced VERY competitively, drive, ride & handle acceptably well, they are low maintainance, as reliable as the morning sun, extremely economical, & particularly usefull as transportation devices.
Now what it it that one needs in a basic family hack, well i think i pretty much covered it.
Are they exciting to drive? NO. Are they ever going to be a cult car? NO. Are they the sort of thing that many people need to drive their way through their short, meaningless lives? You bet your arse they are.
Booring, but good, so you can drop that one off your list.
