You might get lucky by using stanza (A10) lower arms, with Skyline R31 struts and some Brembo discs/calipers from a R33 Skyline.

Its not easy, and the expense involved in getting it wrong is to high for me to consider.

It's not worth it either. Only good for a slight increase in "pimp" status.

the best bet is to use a datsport strut.

they do a number of different combnations the best one has a coilover strut with 4 pot r32 gts-t calipers and 296mm ebc rotors.

they cost about $2950.

i thing brembos would be a bit over the top

you can see them more at www.datsport.com

datsport is in Adelaide and i know you are in new zealand so doing this could be a bit to hard, just an idea

brembos are much more than perfect.
It's overkill. Unless you plan on going down a steep 300km hill while carrying 2 rhinos and 2 baby elephants and a wild boar in your datto.

Remember there are many dimensions to brake selection:

1. Initial Cost
2. Stopping Performance
3. Ongoing costs for consumables
4. Looks
5. Fit for wheel clearance
6. Unsprung weight vs. ride comfort.

Everything done perfect would empty a billionaire's bank account. Get a budget, divide up the expenses, and get the project finished!

Talk to a fellow NZ racer, and follow their suggestions.

Cheers.

Don't be silly dattodude you can't fit a rhino in a 1200 coupe let alone a wild boar, also just like to add that i was offered a set of brembo's off a subaru wrx at a real good price and an idea just came into my head but cheers any way.

If your getting the Brembos at a really good price maybe it isnt such a bad idea to try,you will have something nobody else has.
Will the wheels you want fit over the Brembos?
I have heard of Subaru Leone discs on a 1000 coupe so it could be possible.
It could involve a fair bit of stuffing about and you would have to fabricate some brackets for the caliper, but if you know someone cluey and good on a lathe, its worth a try.
anything can be done if you put your mind to it.
