i wonder will water gets in and make my valve rust?
cause i live in a humid and hot country

You will be fine your valves are made of stainless they wont rust.

There is more water vapour going out of your engine than will be going in the breather hose.

Its milky coloured ....

Could be H2O condensation mixing with any condensed oil vapours, then it would be milky coloured. Clean everything up then keep a close eye on just how much your engine is breathing when hot and H2O condensation build up when cold. Maybe a leak down test done by someone you can trust to do it properly could find the source of the problem, if there is a problem.

I wouldn't be too concerned about that.
Ona race car that is only started occasionally there is bound to be a lot more condensation under the rocker cover than in a daily driven car. And after 60 hard laps I don't think 30mL is enough to worry about. Just my 2c. How much faster are you going after a day's practice???? Thats'd what I'd be concerned with!

hi all
currently my breather hose just
a hose leading to the ground.
If this is a road car, then just be carefull that the local motorcycle club doesn't find out who you are or they may just come around & jamb that breather pipe up your ignorant a*se. Oil spilled on the road surface is not the motorcyclists best friend, particularly in light rain & they have as much right to be safe on the road as you do.
Get a catch can & use it or restore the PCV.

They will want to see it vented just like A14force described " vented back into the air cleaner "

Don't vent it onto the road! Atleast use an old plastic Coke bottle or some other cheap/free container mounted in the engine bay to collect the oil. It'll cost you stuff all both in terms of dollars and time and is the right thing to do.

I agree with not venting to the road but some cars came that way standard, eg early holdens. They had a tube shaped like a walking stick that came out the top of the tappet cover. I wonder if that would pass current ADR's
