Write back to him and tell him that your brother lives in london, and if he gives you his address, your brother can drive to his house tomorrow, and pay him cash on the spot and pick them up. And then your brother works for a frieght company and can post them to you for free. You'll never hear from them again. If you do, give his address to the fruad squad if he gives it to you.
