Sad, alright. The lady looks heartbroken holding a sketch of which appears to look like a coupe.
I know it must look like I m online all the time, but I m just having one of those lazy weekends, I don't feel like doing much except sit around the house watching TV and
checking my email from time to time.

That is why my 1200 stays comfortably in
my garage with the door locked down...
mine too was stolen in 1983. I was lucky
it came back to me 3 weeks later with only
a dent in the hood and the stereo missing..

Maybe... I've heard a rumor that my friend, in San Mateo, wants to get rid of his sedan. I'm trying to get a
hold of him.
I'll keep you posted

My 72 coupe was stolen in New York city in 1975. The fourteen year old who took it knew how to break the steering lock and hot wire the car but didn't know how to operate a manual
transmission! As a result, the perpetrator got the attention of the police when jerking around in traffic. I got the car back within 24 hours with minimal damage. The police said the odds
of getting a stolen car back in good condition in NYC was one in a million. Needed a new vent window, ignition lock and spare tire cover panel (must have thought I had something of value
hidden under there and ripped it up). I was very lucky. Still have the coupe today. Fully restored and looking good. Bought the coupe new in June of 1972 and will keep it until death do
us part. I have other stories but won't bore everyone with them. I deeply sympathize with that poor old lady.
