Datsun 1200 side lamps are used either as running lamps (USA) or indicators/blinkers/flashers (Australia). Because USA purpose is for visibily (instead of turn signals) they are made larger to be more visible, and are fitted front and rear. USA B110 markers are approximately the same size as B210 worldwide markers.

Only the 1200 lights interchange.

In USA, the early 620 lamp assembly looks identical, however it uses a highly-angled plastic piece in the rear.

Pointed Lens
Pointed lens is used by B210 and (USA)240Z and (late USA)510.
B110 is rectangular, while B210 is slightly pointed rectangular, or a totally angular lense.
B210 side lamp is totally different from B110 lamp.
USA 240Z has individual wires
USA 260Z has the rectangular connector.
Lamp assembly differs from B210 somehow
The USA late 510 units 1970-1972 use the 240Z pointed lens, though the assembly differs somehow
