L18_B110's cage 2

rear section of cage with double diagonals in rear stays. rear stays are also braced to base of main hoop which you can't really see in this shot.
took ages to prep and paint. floor and roof were taken back to bare metal to remove all the body deadening. But it was worth all the effort.
The difference in the way the car feels and handles on the track is just amazing! |

Re: L18_B110 haven't had time to re-fit the rear 'door cards' in around the cage yet. Interior is now fully painted white behind all trims and inside cavity panels, destroying the last remaining evidence of it's humble mustard (aka baby-poo) original colour!
the cage was built by Eddie Folwer of Ipswich Race Prep, and I thoroughly recommend him to anyone thinking of a CAMS approved ROPS (or even just something for a street car). He does a good job for a very reasonable price.
